Abstract Criteria
1. Originality:
- Submissions must not have been previously published(e.g., as an online research paper).
- Must be original work.
2. Language & Content:
- Abstracts and presentations must be in English.
- Strictly no promotional content(brand-specific claims, product marketing).
- Only generic namesallowed (trade names prohibited for drugs/devices).
3. Format & Structure (Abstract):
- Abstract (excluding title/authors) ≤ 300 words.
- No tables, figures, or graphsallowed in the abstract.
- Must use a clear, structured format

4. Presentation Requirements (Specific to Posters):
- The submitting author must present the poster in personat the conference in Dubai, September 25 – 2025.
- Conference registration is mandatoryfor all presenters.
- Financial disclosures are requiredfor all research presenters. This must be included as part of the poster presentation. (Disclosures do not affect review).
5. Author Limits:
- A maximum of 3 abstracts per presenting author is allowed (this includes posters).
6. Submission Form Requirements:
- Accurate Author/Presenter Information(Name, Phone, Email, Region, Affiliation – name appears on certificate).
- Areas of appropriate Scientific Category (Theme).
